Our Inspiration & Motivation
"Ready at a minute’s notice”
The Minutemen were a group of colonial militia during the American Revolutionary War, known for their ability to be ready for battle at a minute's notice, hence their name. These civilian soldiers were primarily in New England and played a crucial role in the early stages of the conflict. Their quick mobilization and defense against British troops in these battles helped ignite the full-scale revolution. The Minutemen were often volunteers who provided their own weapons, trained regularly, and were seen as a symbol of American patriotism and resistance. They were decentralized localized forces, responding to immediate threats in their respective communities.
The Legacy Continues
